The 6th Grade Did It! 🎉♻️
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the 6th grade has officially met—and SURPASSED—our goal of collecting 1,000 pounds of recyclable plastic film!
We needed just 15 more pounds, and thanks to your incredible support, our final haul came in at 18.46 pounds! To make it even more special, the very last bag we weighed tipped the scale at a serendipitous 3.14 pounds—yes, the number for Pi! 🥧
This journey has been nothing short of amazing. We are so grateful to each and every one of you—whether you brought in one bag or many, YOU made this happen.
We’ll be sharing more details soon about the bench we’ll be awarded, so stay tuned for that exciting update!

Our eSports team had an incredible time at Virginia State University for a gaming retreat! 🎮 They gained valuable insights, competed in exciting challenges, and even won some awesome prizes. The experience opened eyes to the many career opportunities—and serious earning potential—in the world of gaming. They also enjoyed a campus tour and had the chance to explore VSU’s impressive eSports lab. #WeAreCuCPS
