Congratulations to the CHS Boys Basketball team on their victory over Lunenburg, securing a spot in the JRD Finals on Tuesday! The opponent and location are still to be determined.
Shoutout to our CHS Lady Dukes for their hard-fought battle against Amelia in the JRD Semifinals. While they came up short tonight, both teams have earned a spot in Regional play, which kicks off later next week.

Cumberland High School will play the Varsity Girls Basketball JRD Tournament at Amelia on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 6PM.

Good afternoon CuCPS families. Cumberland County Public Schools will be closed for students on Monday, February 17, 2025, due to a Teacher Professional Development Day. However, students will be able to pick up lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be available for pick-up in the High School/Middle School cafetorium. Students should enter through the middle school facing Route 60.


CuCPS offices will be open at 10:00 this morning, Friday, February 14, 2025.
