With the uncertainty of the rain, snow, and sleet forecast, and temperatures, Cumberland County Schools and Offices will be closed tomorrow, Monday, December 7 for students and all staff
There will be no sports practices, tryouts, or conditioning today, Monday, December 7, 2020. Practices, tryouts and conditioning will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Remember, all athletes interested in participating MUST have a physical and concussion for, dated after May 1, 2020, turned in to Coach Nowak before being allowed to participate.

Good evening Duke Nation! This is a friendly reminder that High School Boys and Girls Basketball, Winter Cheer, Wrestling and Indoor Track and Field will officially begin on Monday, December 7, 2020. Those student who wish to participate should report directly to the cafeteria after school. All practices will go until 6:00 pm and activity buses are available to take students home. If you have questions about the activity buses please call 804-492-4212 extension 4123 and speak to Coach Nowak.
Winter Sports Schedules will officially be released on December 18, 2020.
All High School Fall Sports are set to officially begin on February 4, 2021. Fall sports include Football, Volleyball, Fall Cheer, and Cross Country. All students who are interested in participating in any High School fall sport must have a Physical and Concussion Form, dated after May 1, 2020, turned into Coach Nowak before being allowed to participate.

Cumberland County Schools will be undergoing website changes this weekend. A new look and feel is underway. Some people may be able to see it now, but we are working to clear up DNS issues that may be impacting some browsers. If you experience issues viewing the site, they will be corrected soon.
Today, Cumberland High School distributed academic jackets to seniors who met the academic requirements. #iamcucps




CuCPS in partnership with Lisa Davis and the Cumberland County Public Library have added two additional WIFI hotspots in the county. One is located at the Cartersville Ruritan Club and the other is located at the American Legion Hall on Route 13.
