Good Afternoon! Due to heating problems at both the complex and elementary school due to the power outages, CuCPS will be closed tomorrow, February 17, 2021. We had hoped we could bring students in tomorrow; however, we cannot. School offices will be closed as well.
We will be having food distribution from 10:00 am until Noon and from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm in front of Cumberland MIddle School. There will be no food delivery--only pick up.

2021 Summer Camp is planned for July 12 - July 16
@ Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center in Appomattox VA
Due to the uncertainty caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, all applicants will be placed on a list until we have a better understanding of how 4-H Summer Camp will be impacted.
As we learn more, we will send updates regarding fee schedules and policy updates. Members who fill out this form will be considered first come, first served for camp slots. Adult and teen volunteers must be screened, approved and trained according to Virginia 4-H requirements, but may fill out this form to receive information and updates about training and screening requirements.
Cumberland County also camps with the counties of Albemarle/Charlottesville, Nelson, and Nottoway.
4-H Camp is a fun and exciting way for youth to develop life skills while meeting new friends and learning to be independent.
While at camp, youth will attend classes among archery, canoeing, outdoor cooking, crafts, fishing, nature, theater, riflery, swimming, and much more. Youth stay in cabins along with other campers and trained teen leaders and adult volunteers.
