Dear CHS Family,

Tomorrow is our Open House from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This event offers parents a chance to update emergency contact information, pay fees, get schedules, and meet teachers. Additionally, informative sessions for incoming freshmen and their families will be held at 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.

Students who wish to change their schedule must submit a written form signed by a parent. These requests will be reviewed and addressed next week.

Required Immunizations:

Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY) Vaccine: Effective July 1, 2021, a minimum of 2 doses. At least one dose is required for all students entering 7th, 8th, 9th, or 11th grade. Additionally, a dose administered on/after the 16th birthday is required for all students entering 12th grade. Please submit proof of vaccination to Nurse Parker before the first day of school.

Good afternoon, CHS Family, As the academic year approaches its conclusion, all medications submitted to the nursing office need to be picked up by May 28. Cumberland High School will broadcast the Class of 2025 Graduation exercises using the NFHS network (https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/) beginning at 6:45 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025. The broadcast will be free of charge, but will require those wishing to view the program to sign up with a username and password using the link above. Once a username and password is secured, then sign in, search for Cumberland High School, and choose Graduation from the viewing options. Graduation is expected to occur on the football field, so that is one option. However, in case of rain, the location will be in the high school gym. There are two viewing links.

Good morning, CHS Family, I hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful weekend. I wanted to share a few reminders about the upcoming week. Tomorrow, May 5th, is Senior Awards Night, which will begin at 6 pm. Students who will receive awards will be notified by their teachers tomorrow. Speaking of teachers, this week is Teacher Appreciation Week. Please help us express our gratitude to the teachers in our district who wear many hats to ensure our students' success. Lastly, Friday will be a half day for students as seniors present their projects. As always, thank you for your continued support and have a great week.
