Cumberland County Elementary School's 21st Century program, in conjunction with the Cumberland County Public Library are presenting a free program, Saving Money with Coupons and Discounts, Monday evening at 6pm. Free and open to all but registration is required. To register, call the library at 804-492-5807. Limited seats are available at the library but it will also be offered virtually through Zoom. Register now to learn the tips and tricks for always getting the best deal on whatever you are buying. It's the perfect time with holiday shopping upon us.
