DaColby represented Cumberland High School in the Virginia High School Coaches Association All-Star Game at UVA Wise—and he showed out! He scored 21 points, helping lead his team to victory! 🏀🔥 We’re so proud that his family, some of his CHS Dukes teammates, and Coach Shearn made the trip to cheer him on. What an amazing moment! Good Evening, This is a reminder that Cumberland County Public Schools will be closed for students Friday, March 28, for a teacher workday. School also will be closed for Spring Break on Monday, March 31 - Friday, April 4. We hope everyone enjoys Spring Break.

Our CMS Dukes baseball fell in a tough 2-1 loss, but their effort was unmatched! 💪 Highlights include hits from Chase Wise, Bentley Rowe, and Nick Foster, stellar defense from Liam Shifflett, and 13 total strikeouts on the mound from Nick Foster (10) and Chase Wise (3). Despite taking some hits—literally—our players showed incredible dedication. Coach Perry, Coach Thornton, and Coach Nelson are proud of their fight and growth. Onward and upward!
