Join the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office and Commonwealth's Attorneys' Office for National Night Out “Kick Off" on July 29th from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event will be held on the Cumberland County Courthouse lawn. National Night Out is “an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.”
This year, please consider donating school supplies so that we can make this beneficial to the children as they start a new school year. The goal is to be able to provide a cinch bag (drawstring bag) of school supplies to each child. There will be food, entertainment, and games for the whole family.
Donations can be brought to Cumberland County Commonwealth's Attorney Office.


Congratulations to the Cumberland Rec. Minors Baseball team on their State Championship Title. Tomorrow, Friday, July 15, 2022, at 5:00 pm there will be a parade on School Road beginning at the bus garage entrance, down to CCES bus loop, and back to the middle/high school complex to celebrate their impressive undefeated season. Bring the family, a sign, and lots of spirit to celebrate this team, coaches, and families. World Series play begins on July 28th in South Carolina! Please park in parking spaces and avoid parking along the roadways and bus loops.


This Cumberland Minors team is amazing! Won against Salem, 3-0, championship game is tonight at 7:00 in Martinsville! Still undefeated! Congratulations to the team, April Owens Wise, Megan Langston and Brandon Owens!! We are very proud of you...
