Longwood and Cumberland Athletics are partnering to provide student-athletes from CMS and CHS free sports physicals for the upcoming year. Physical forms are in the front office of the middle and high school.
Physicals completed prior to May 1, 2022, are not eligible for the 2022-2023 season.
