Cumberland Middle School is starting a PTO, and officer elections will take place on Wednesday, September 13th at 6:30 PM in the CMS Library. Voting will be in-person only. Officer nominees should contact Emily Ellinghausen at eellinghausen@cucps.k12.va.us or (804)492-4212 by Monday, September 11th at 3:00 PM. Officer nominees must come to the CMS office in advance of that deadline to pay annual dues and run drivers licenses for a background check.
All officers must be members in good standing with the PTO. Membership is open to all CMS parents, grandparents, caregivers, and CUCPS staff members. Dues are $10, and members must be able to pass a background check. For more information, please reach out to Ms. Ellinghausen.
