Cumberland High School

On November 25, 2025, the school community formally recognized students who had earned an academic jacket by achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher. The jacket served as a distinguished symbol of their discipline, perseverance, and sustained commitment to scholarship. For the seniors, receiving and wearing this jacket signified the standards they had set for themselves and the integrity with which they met those expectations, while encouraging them to carry this spirit of excellence into every subsequent chapter of their lives. For the underclassmen, the occasion demonstrated what was possible through diligence and self-belief, inspiring them to work diligently, aspire to similar heights, and one day stand among those so honored. May the recognition bestowed today be only the beginning of a lifetime marked by purpose, leadership, and service. Congratulations to all!
