Farm to School
The high school and middle school cafeteria partnered with the agriculture class to provide micro greens to the weekly salad bar. Starting in Spring 2019, the agriculture class will be providing lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
The cafeteria continues to serve fresh fruits and vegetables, such as apples, lettuces, and squash, grown in the great state of Virginia. Our fruit and vegetable varieties will be updated as the seasons change.
