Cumberland Student to Be Youth Ambassador for the U. S. Featured

Cumberland High School student Preston Sutton has been accepted as a Youth Ambassador for the United States and will be traveling to Brazil. He was the only student from Virginia to be accepted into the program. The Youth Ambassadors program was started 15 years ago by the U. S. Embassy in Brasilia and has grown each year. Youth Ambassadors are selected from all over the Western Hemisphere and all of them are committed to representing their countries and supporting cross cultural understanding and civic engagement. Preston is the son of Mr. Michael Sutton and Mrs. Stephanie Baldwin.
